Dear Customer,
Finally! We are now opening our doors and inviting customers into our shop once more. Having spoken to many of our customers, it is clear that some may still prefer to be served at the door or to place orders for collection by email or phone. We are happy to continue offering this service as it is safer for us and safer for you. Whilst mask wearing is no longer compulsory, our staff will continue to wear them when customers are in the shop and we would encourage customers to reciprocate this courtesy, as well as taking advantage of the hand sanitiser provided. We are now open all day, so if you wish to visit at lunch time you will be most welcome.
If you need us to scan an item for colour matching, please be prepared to leave it with us and do include your name and phone number with any items you bring along. If you need any advice before purchasing, have a large order or simply prefer the convenience, please contact us by email or phone, as it will be very helpful to us and generally quicker for you. If you wish to place an order, it will normally be ready to collect within a couple of hours, so please contact us before 15:30 latest if you'd like to collect the same day.
We will keep you updated if the situation changes but hope that we can now remain fully open. As a small team we would have to temporarily close the shop if we became ill, so we hope you appreciate our prudent steps to resume trading as normal.
